It’s understandable that most of us tend to avoid talking about issues related to death and dying. But it means that when a death does occur, we’re unprepared to cope with the powerful emotions of grief and loss.

The Lensing family and professional staff are dedicated to serving the community with educational and counseling programs that help people deal with these important concerns.

In addition to our complete library, we offer several seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs throughout the year. How do we face a sudden, unexpected loss? How do we explain death to a child? Should we bring children to a funeral? What is the proper way to express condolences to friends who have suffered a loss? Our programs help to educate the community, and prepare people to deal with these and other significant human issues.
